trying to change my apple id but forgot my password

the number I once used on my iphone I put on an andriod phone and I am unable to recover the password for my apple id using the number that is on my andriod phone.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

See if you can get an email option. Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

If necessary, contact Apple ID Support.
