Select newer Samsung TVs can have the Apple TV app as a smart TV feature.

Alternatively, you can attach a HDMI device on which the Apple TV app can be loaded. Apple TV set-top box, Roku, Amazon Fire TV.

To stream from your iPhone to the TV, the TV needs to have AirPlay capability. An Apple TV set-top box would provide that, if TV doesn’t have that built-in.
