I bought this watch by a friend,we don’t know what the iCloud password or gmail is to sighn in with my iphone. Please help

If you can't unlock the watch, it is worthless.
See if your friend can recover the ID/password.

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
If they can't recover the ID/password, have them take the watch, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.

If it is activation locked and you cannot reach the previous owner then there's nothing you can do, it is useless to you. Apple cannot help, they don't get involved with lost or stolen phones.
