Cannot Detect/Upgrade MacOS Catalina from Mojave

My MBP 2017 four ports with touch bar, cannot detect any software update. I've been performing many steps:

Through 'System Preference/Software Upgrade'; but then it's always mentioned "Your Mac is up to date - macOS Mojave 10.14.6" (last checked 2 December 2019).
Through App Store; when trying to download by clicking "Get", it is failed and the message is "The requested version of macOS is not available".
Through downloading the disk image from https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2022?locale=en_US. But when try to install, again, it's failed, and the message is "This update requires macOS version 10.15".

Anyone know how to solve the problem?
