Cannot Detect/Upgrade MacOS Catalina from Mojave

My MBP 2017 four ports with touch bar, cannot detect any software update. I've been performing many steps:

  1. Through 'System Preference/Software Upgrade'; but then it's always mentioned "Your Mac is up to date - macOS Mojave 10.14.6" (last checked 2 December 2019).
  2. Through App Store; when trying to download by clicking "Get", it is failed and the message is "The requested version of macOS is not available".
  3. Through downloading the disk image from https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2022?locale=en_US. But when try to install, again, it's failed, and the message is "This update requires macOS version 10.15".

Anyone know how to solve the problem?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

Try running this command in the Terminal then reopen System Preferences > Software Update.

sudo softwareupdate --reset-ignored
