Finder Column Preview - need to remove frame and details and make image larger

Hi,

My Mini Mac was updated recently to Catalina 10.15.1 and I think since then the image preview on the column finder has added a white frame to the photo and hten lists the file name and image details below which wasn't there prior and reduces the size of the image in the preview.

I can remove most of the file information but it won't allow me to make the preview size any larger.

It wasn't like this before.

Can you tell me how I can go back to being able to just see the image and small file info text? I have thousands of photos that I need to scroll through and be able to read the text on the photos (which I used to be able to do) which I can't because the photos preview is too small. I know about the spacebar preview and I do use this but I can't when going through so many photos.

Any ideas?

Mac mini, macOS 10.15
