I am having trouble opening Pages files since I installed Catalina, when I try to open it just says " The document xyz could not be opened"... and I need to restart computer for it to work... It doesn't happen always, but often enough to become annoying...
Any solution to this? Thanks

Update Catalina to 10.15.2, and ensure that you are using Pages v8.2.1. That is not a guaranteed cure, but if it is an operating system issue in an earlier version of Catalina, then the update may resolve it.
