Safari = Slow since iOS 13

Both my iPhone and iPad Pro have experienced significant issues with Safari since the launch of iOS 13 and iPadOS 13.

The problem manifests as only 1/4 - 1/3 of the web page loading and then freezing in a loop. The address bar becomes inaccessible and the refresh button does not respond. Closing the app and restarting it just repeats the problem.

I've cleared my Safari cache and reset network settings on both devices, but these have done nothing.

I love my Apple products, but this is horrific fundamental flaw rendering these expensive devices as only quasi-functional.

Please fix this.
