No, because the Office 2008/2011 Office Suites are 32-bit, and Catalina requires 64-bit applications. You will need to consider a new subscription to Office 365, or a new single purchase of Office 2019 for Mac as these are 64-bit Office suites. These will give you the best native document support for your existing documents.
