If I upgrade to my Mac Book Pro to Catalina 10.15.2 will my MS Office 2011 version 14.7.3 still be compatible and work normally? Thanks

No, because the Office 2008/2011 Office Suites are 32-bit, and Catalina requires 64-bit applications. You will need to consider a new subscription to Office 365, or a new single purchase of Office 2019 for Mac as these are 64-bit Office suites. These will give you the best native document support for your existing documents.

BTW, don't expect Microsoft to do anything with Office 2011 as they have obsoleted
