Voicemail

Question

I am unable to customize my voicemail. It will not let me save the recoded sound and continues in default.

iPhone XR, iOS 13

I tried force restart and reset my settings

Voicemail is a cellular carrier service, so you may want to contact yours and ask if they are having any issues.
