Payment method error
I cant connect my visa debit card to the apple id. it says payment method cannot be updated.

Not all debit cards are accepted. Have you signed out and back in, then tried again?
If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
