FaceTime calls fail and voice calls seem to connect but then I can’t hear anything. Has anyone else had this problem? What’s the solve?

I'm assuming you had it work before, correct?

Is your Cellular DATA ON? face time uses cellular data.

Make sure FaceTime is ON.

Is your correct apple ID email & phone number listed/ selected?

YOU and the person you speaking with BOTH need to have a fast good connection.

Settings > General > Date Time Automatically is turned on.

POWER OFF Phone with Settings> General> scroll to bottom - shut down, then wait a minute then power back on.
