I have set up family sharing for IBooks with my wife. She has purchased ibooks as well, but she cannot see the books I have purchased. We each have our own Apple Id's, we have turned on family sharing on both devices.

We are trying to allow my wife to have access to my Ibooks library. We have set up family sharing on both devices. I have even changed her purchase user id to mine in the shared purchases area. No matter what we do, when we go to her library, there is no indication that she can access my library.

You have sharing of your past purchases enabled on your accounts, the books are still in the store (and not hidden, nor have you moved countries), and this is what you are doing : Share App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books purchases with Family Sharing - Apple Support ?

Thank you for your response. I had actually been able to get telephone help from an Apple specialist who, in about 1 hour was able to get this working. I think most of the problem was in my mis-interpreting the articles that had been written. Also, the sharing was through the Itunes store where in the past we were able to share directly from our libraries in the iBooks app.
