How to update Mac mini (Late 2014) [Mac OS Sierra Version 10.12.6] to latest Catalina

I need to install Office 365 suite, but I found that it's required Mac OS 10.13 or later. I can't update this device to latest Catalina in App Store > Updates. Can I update this Mac mini to Catalina? If yes, how can I update it?
