I bought the new iphone and i got an email which its says as a buyer i have free 1 year of apple tv. I clicked the 1 year free, it goes to apple tv application and it writes that i can try for 7 days and then i have to pay 4.99€/month. So there is not 1 year for free and its a lie?!

It’s not a lie, it works. What do you mean by “it writes”?
once subscribed for the full year the subscription will show the one year expiration date and monthly will be checked off to show it will begin billing monthly at the end of the year, if you don’t cancel at least 24 hrs before the end date,
If you cancel during the trial you will lose the free trial.
here’s how it appears. I have the free year and have not been charged.
if you think you didn’t get the free trial you can contact Apple support to resolve this for you
