Add new devices to family sharing

My daughter got a new iPhone and my son got a new iPad. How do I add the new devices to our family sharing. They signed into their new devices with their Apple ID. Should I have signed in with mine?

If they are members of your Family Sharing, they should sign in with their ID, not your ID. When they sign into Settings/Your Name/iCloud, their devices should appear in Family Sharing devices. If the devices didn't appear, try signing out of iCloud and back in to see if the new devices appear.
