camera shutter sound

yesterday i just bought a new iphone 11 but i'm comfronting an issue

while taking a photo,the ring/silent switch button is switched and my phone is on silent but my iphone still make a sound when taking a picture

please help

You have a device that was made for a market that does not allow you to block the shutter sound.
