I have deauthorized 3 of my devices but it is still not letting me authorize itunes on my laptop. I am only signed into 2 accounts right now. What am I doing wrong?

See Authorization vs. association - Apple Community in case you are mixing up the two mechanisms. Your computer can only be signed into one Apple ID for iTunes at a time and can only be associated with a different Apple ID every 90 days.
