microphone won't shut off😊

How do I turn the mike off (the one which makes a comment everytime I do something with any of my files??😐

Peter is correct of course. Mics don't make comments. See if you accidentally enabled "VoiceOver"

System Preferences > Accessibility > VoiceOver.
