My Touch Bar is not responding to touch. It's a MacBook Pro 13-inch 2019.
It is displaying fine, but won't respond to touch. I've tried force-quitting the Touch Bar apps, and rebooting, etc., but no luck.

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
