i have iphone 6 plus and won t upgrade to ios 13

If you want to update to iOS 13 then you need a newer iPhone model.

iPhone 6 Plus cannot update past iOS 12.4.4.

You need a better hardware to update.

Your iPhone needs to be an iPhone 6s or newer to be able to update to iOS 13.

Your iPhone is an iPhone 6 and therefore iOS 12 is as high as it can be updated.
