Wifi disconnect problems

Since the past updates I have been having problems with disconnect while playing my games online.worked fine before .i have contacted the game developers they said it was my iPad mini 2 saying it’s too old..I have only had it about three years.could it be the ram,processor. Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Did the soft reboot, hard reboot, airplane mode on,off. deleted apps to free up space. with the game is ok if I’m not doing any tasks but if I go out of my own town to other kingdoms it’s l8ke i5 is putting strain on game and it boots me off .then I restart game

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
