I just bought a new iPad and I want to transfer my apps from my phone to the iPad with all of the progress from the old apps to the new iPad. How do I do that?

Restore from backup Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support note not all apps will be compatible with ipad.
