The problem with the subscription

Hello! I

I have a problem, I ask you to help me. My little goddaughter was playing with my

phone and accidentally downloaded the app. Because I have a lot of apps on my

phone.I didn't notice that this app was installed. I did not give my consent to

purchase the app. And today they took money from me for this app. Please!

Please return the money to me, because I will not use the app. I have a lot of

other apps that are necessary for me, that are necessary for me.I hope for

understanding and waiting for an answer.

I can't call the support service because I'm in Belarus

And I can't solve the problem any other way!

These are user forums, we are fellow users, we can't refund anything.


Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on ‘Get support’)
