I just downloaded two songs from the iTunes store. One plays just fine. When I try to play the other one, I get an error message saying my computer isn't authorized to play the song. I've re-authorized the computer and it still doesn't play. I also deauthorized it and authorized it again and it still doesn't play. I don't want to buy the song a second time.

Delete and redownload the song which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

Thanks, Niel. Now the song won't download at all but still shows purchased. I have contacted Apple through the link you provided. Thank you for your help.
