Can I get it fixed if I have the one year warranty on my iPhone?

It would need to fall under manufacturing defect for it to be under warranty, if your screen cracked to due an accident that wouldn't be under warranty.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered under warranty.
