I forgot mt Password

I forgot my password and its a 6 diget password and I have no clue and forgot it when I got my phone taken. I have a iphone Xr and my face recognition is not on

It appears that you have forgotten your passcode to unlock your iPhone. Here is how to reset the passcode If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

You are login to need a computer (Mac or PC) to get this accomplished. If you do not have a computer then borrow a computer from a friend or a family member OR get help from a nearby Apple Store. Good Luck.
