upgrading high sierra to mojave and NOT catalina

I am currently running High sierra on macbook air 2015. Is there a way to upgrade to mojave now that catalina is released? i would like to upgrade to mojave and not catalina. It is not showing up in the app store

Delete the "Install macOS Mojave" from the Applications folder if it is there. Then try while in Safe Mode.
