I see from your post that you're having an issue with an iTunes Gift Card. If you're unable to redeem the gift card, then please follow the steps in the link below:

If you can't redeem your App Store & iTunes Gift Card, Apple Music Gift Card, or content code

If you're getting a payment declined message, then follow the steps here:

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store
