I have a problem. My macbook says my Icloud drive is full. I think all of my documents are in the drive. I don't need them in the drive, I just want them on my mac. So my question is: how do I get my documents from my drive to my macbook. When I open documents, It says all the documents (on desktop, documents, downloads, etc.) are on the drive.
I hope someone can help me!

Open system preferences > iCloud and uncheck the box of iCloud Drive a pop up window appears , showing to keep a copy of documents , and remove from the Mac .
( a ) if you had clicked on keep a copy , they will be archived in home folder that can be viewed by clicking on finder in the dock , take cursor on top menu bar > Go > Home > your user name > iCloud Drive ( Archive ) .
