I said enable Notification under Snapchat App (Watch the GIF below)

Go to Settings on snapchat and under notifications enable push notifications

That problem is that the Snapchat icon is not in notifications bars

When you unlock your phone, those notifications will disappear and a number will be present on the top right of your snapchat icon.
