There is no iTunes application which is compatible with Catalina.

Listen to music and more in the Apple Music app - Apple Support explains how to use the Music application.

What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support explains how to access and use your other media.

If you have Google chrome you can access it from the homepage under your search bar or you could access the YouTube app from clicking on the Google icon to the right of the search bar
