Hi all - late 2013 iMac 21.5 running really slowly.

Have run a Etrecheck and report below. Look bad I think... am I right in thinking the only way forward is replacing the hard drive?

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.14

There are DIY videos at OWC macsales.com and DIY Guides at iFixit for replacing the HDD with an SSD.

However is much easier to just buy or BYO external USB 3.0 SSD, plug it into your iMac, format it, install macOS, migrate from your internal drive or Time Machine and run from it.
