Cannot locate Damaged file can't be opened

Upgraded from Mojave to Catalina really without thinking. So I've lost a few files.

Get booted up and I keep getting an error stating

"geunmeidmbaq is damaged and can't be opened"

My options are show in folder (which does nothing of selected) and OK (which thenmsg comes right back instantly)

I have rebooted, I have search for this file name in every corner of my computer and it shows up nownwhere

I have paid for a cleaner program and nothing.

Please help me make this error message go away for good. k

I would install the free Malwarebytes for Mac, run it, and see if it detects, and offers to remove any adware/malware that may be causing this dialog. I would reboot the Mac afterwards, whether it reports anything or not.
