When I click update it restart computer without effects and then the same notification appears so no update is done .

I had the same problem. My macbook has this issue basue i didnt have enogh storage to install it. Try to check your storage.It may work.

well for me the problem was solved with rebooting Mac in save mode, I had enough space for this installation)
Make more memory available, like 20gb and try again.
victororlyk did the recommended Safe Boot method of clearing caches which is preferable before just deleting stuff manually.
