I have no unread emails, yet the app is showing that I do ... How can I fix that?

Actually I deleted the account and reinstalled it and it worked.

I tried toggling the mail off, force-restarting and then on again but unfortunately it didn't work.
Are you sure you are looking at the incoming mails of all your accounts?
