Free Apple TV subscription

When buying a new device you suppose to get a year free subscription of Apple TV, but I didn’t receive any offer while my friend did. How come I didn’t?

If you qualify, then you would find the offer in the Apple TV app on your new device.

If you qualify and did as described, and you still don't get to see the year offer presented, then contact Apple Support for assistance.
