Safari AutoFill Turned Off But Still Appears

MacBook OS Sierra v10.12.6 using Safari in a website, AutoFill window with recent searches pops up and blocks other fields on the website.

I have AutoFill turned off for Forms and all of the sites removed.

Cleared cache and cookies for the website and refreshed Safari and the pop-up window still appears when I enter information in the field on this website.
