After iOS13.2.1 my iPhone 7 started to overheat.

I was calling someone important. She needed to talk and after 40 minutes the phone was very hot. My phone was so hot that I had to stop the call. What is going on with this overheating. I did not experienced this before, Only after the newest iOS download.

You best take your iPhone to Apple Store, or Authorized Apple Service Provider to have it checked out. Possibly battery issues because iPhone 7 is 3 years old.
