Forgot my “two factor authentication” number

I turned on my two factor authentication on back in 2017. I was a bit unstable with my phone number so I used any of my random numbers as my authentication number and now I switched to a new phone but don’t seem to even remember the authentication number. I really need my contacts, my iBooks and some important notes.

please I need help🙏

See if anything here helps. If necessary, you can use account recovery as explained in the link at bottom of the article.

If the code is being sent to an SMS telephone number, then it is a 2 step verification code, not a 2 factor authentication code.

See if anything here helps -> Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

Apple 6 digit 2 factor authentication codes are sent, by default, as encrypted iCloud push notifications to all of your trusted devices (I.e. all of your Apple devices signed into iCloud with the same AppleID). Only 4 digit 2 step verification codes are sent by default as SMS texts.
