I accidentally deleted an app that I have had on my phone forever... When I go to my icloud on my phone, it's not showing there... How do you find a deleted app?

Apps are not stored in iCloud. See these instructions:

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support

If you can't find the app, it's possible that it is no longer available.
