mojave download

I am getting a message that the link to the Mojave download installer is damaged. I can't upgrade to Catalina as some of the software i use does not support it yet.

Mac mini, macOS 10.12

The screenshot says Open, that means the App Store is detecting a partial download of Mojave on your Mac.

Have a look in your Application folder for Install macOS Mojave.app, move it to the Trash, empty Trash.

Connect your mac to your router via cable rather than WiFi.

Restart your mac and try to download Mojave again.

Do not use the mac while it is downloading.

If other devices use the same internet connection do not use them either.
