It looks like it’s broken. Try this—>If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen – Apple Support


If that doesn’t fix it make a Genius Bar appointment to have it evaluated—>Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
