i bought mine in October and the battery life has been degraded to 94% i was wondering if i could get a replacement if it's in warranty?

Apple only replaces phones which within warranty are defective. Your phone is not exhibiting any defect, so Apple won't replace it. If it drops to 80% or less within the first 12 months, Apple will then replace it.
It's normal.
If it's below 80%, make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.
They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.

Not satisfied is not a reason to get a replacement.
