Accidentally deleted mac os

I have tried to format my macbook pro which I just bought from another person. On the macOS Utilities, I delete the partitions and then tried to reinstall macOS. Couldn’t complete at one go and that to stop midway and then when I tried again, it cannot reinstall it because it does not find any drive.

When I start the laptop, there is a folder with a question mark and command + R brings a rotating globe logo and re brings me to macOS Utilities but reinstalling gives an error “The installer information on the recovery server is damaged”.
