Apple Default Wallpapers Not found on my iPad!

I’m looking for the option to default my wallpaper to the original background. under settings wallpaper choose a new one.

no such option.

Correct - there is no “default” button - and as you update you iPad from one major version to another, your selection of “native” wallpaper will change. Very often, the original wallpaper choices are replaced by new - although your current choice will never be automatically deleted.
