ITunes account is disabled
I have created a new Apple ID and my credit card information. It will not allow me to update my apps!

Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID they were downloaded under. Why did you create a new Apple ID? That will make it impossible to update apps downloaded under a different ID, unless you want to sign out of the new ID, sign back in under the old ID or delete the apps and repurchase them under the new ID.
