It appears my apple watch activity ring has some problems today. "Exercise" & "Stand" rings are being tracked accordingly but my "Move" ring barely progress :( I've just closed "exercise" ring but then says "move" ring has been recorded as 30% movement.
I'd appreciate it if you can give me some tips on the mater.

Check that your weight is accurate in Apple Health. For some reason it changed mine to my weigh in KG, but listed in pounds.
135 became 61, so it though I was a small child and my calorie burn was based on that.
