Restoring of a DELETED iCloud backup of an iPad

It seems that only the most recent iPad backup to iCloud is available. Is there a way to get at recent older iCloud backups of my iPad?

On my iPad it only shows the last backup but when restoring I had at 2 backups saved of each device.

But you have to erase the iPad to see what other backups are available. You could backup to your computer before erasing as a precaution.

Pardon my interruption, but this find is very enlightening. I have been told by one of the ASC hosts that iCloud saves the two most recent backups for each device but I have never seen evidence of it until now.
