I’m receiving emails for purchases in the App Store that I didn’t purchase

I’m receiving emails for purchases in the App Store that I didn’t purchase. The email says my Apple ID has been use to purchase this or that. How do I dispute this or make sure my account hasn’t been hacked?

You are receiving scam emails. Did you provide any potentially damaging information to anyone? If yes, you'll need to follow up, for example, with a credit card company, Apple, your bank, etc.

If you gave you Apple ID password to the scammer, then
