If you are really just asking how to get to the top of the current sheet, you can tap the top of the screen on an ipad or iphone and it will scroll back to the top. There is no option to jump to a specific cell at this time.

Different keyboards have different options.

The arrows in the number keyboard do what you would expect (go to the right, go down). You have the same options on all the other keyboards but abc and function. There the return will take you to the next cell down.

In a Form, you can scroll to any cell in the row; use the < , > arrows to go up or down a row or the + to go to a new row below the current one.

Forms are a great way to enter data into a table. The date/time keyboard is particularly well done.

In a Form pressing and holding the < arrow will get you up there quickly. I have a entry "LR" in the last row of some of my tables. I can do a Find to get there.

This is really an iWork for iOS question. I am going to ask the moderators to move it maybe someone will have another idea.
